CRM Manager £55,000 - £65,000 REMOTE Leading Mental Health business Are you a CRM professional with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience looking for a remote based role and to work for a business that supports thousands of people every single week? A leading Mental Health organisation that is experiencing fantastic success due to their amazing proposition are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing Marketing team. You will oversee the implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and will report into the Head of Digital Marketing. You will be the first CRM hire to join their Marketing team of 14 and will be tasked with building CRM from the ground up. You will have to be hands on to begin with, executing campaigns etc, but the plan is for the candidate to build a high performing CRM team. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with business goals and to enhance users experience Implement leading customer journey maps with a view of improving customer engagement Build and execute CRM campaigns through Marketing Cloud Build automations to optimize customer interactions Work with all areas of the business to ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business processes Work with senior stakeholders to take them through the CRM transformation Experience Ideally 4 years of experience in a CRM role Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience working on multi-channel CRM campaigns Educated to degree level in relevant subject
