We are representing a multi-award-winning Construction client looking to onboard a Buyer and support the delivery of mixed-use joint ventures, regeneration, and affordable housing schemes.

With an excellent pipeline of schemes, this privately owned business has an open and transparent approach to working with clients. They deliver residentially focused projects that are typically apartment-led and RC-framed, with some traditional build.

• Main Contracting or housebuilding experience
• Apartment residential projects would be well received
• Strong communication, presentation skills and excellent attention to detail

RC frame experience would be a benefit
