Contracts Manager Up to £65k + car allowance Birmingham West Midlands Regional Main Contractor Contract Values - £50k-£6m The Company Think Construction are pleased to have been instructed by a cash rich regional construction contractor to find a permanent Contracts Manager to join their construction operational team. You will be based out of the modern Birmingham office and will have a responsibility up to 3 projects depending on value throughout the West Midlands region. This business based in Birmingham currently turnover around £20 million and has ambitions to grow this in the next few years. They are a well-run contractor that is cash rich and incorporate family values and work with a collaborative forward-thinking attitude. Their sectors include office /commercial and industrial projects between the values of £50k up to £6 million. 90% of the work is refurbished with 10% new build type projects. The role As a Contracts Manager, you will be based out of the modern Birmingham office and will have a responsibility up to 3 projects depending on value throughout the West Midlands region. You will coordinate the design and manage the client on your allocated projects.
