SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Croydon Position: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: All-Girls School, CroydonPay Rate: £90.00 - £110.00 per day (depending on experience)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely all-girls school in Croydon. This role involves working closely with a child with severe social and communication difficulties, providing essential support to help them thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one support to a child with severe social and communication difficultiesAssisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)Supporting the child's social and emotional development through tailored strategiesCollaborating with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment Ideal Candidate: Proven experience working as an SEN Teaching AssistantStrong understanding of social and communication difficulties and strategies to support themCompassionate, patient, and empathetic approachExcellent communication and teamwork skills How to Apply:If you are interested in this position, please (insert application instructions, such as emailing a CV or applying through a website link).
