Part time Maintenance Operative

Part-Time Maintenance Engineer Wanted.... Lovely new role in the City for someone looking for 2-3 days per week. You'll be based at a 6 floor commercial office block that is occupied by 1 company. Your role will involve carrying PPMs, basic maintenance and repairs, overseeing specialist sub-contractors, being on hand for any emergency repairs, carrying out fire alarm tests and other related building services. This role might suit someone who is retired or coming up to retirement who wants to carry on working in a steady environment for just 2-3 days per week. It's a lovely little number where you'll have autonomy of the site's maintenance
