SEN/Special Educational Needs Teacher Start date: Immediate Location: Nottingham Pay: £120-£175 per day  Do you have experience teaching pupils with Special educational needs? Are you able to effectively adapt your teaching methods to cater for a range of needs and abilities?  TeacherActive are currently recruiting for a Qualified Teacher to work in our fantastic SEND schools in Nottingham. There are full time, day to day and part time vacancies available to best fit around your current commitments and availability. We build excellent relations with our schools so that we can find the best placements for you.  The right SEND Teacher / Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Teacher will have the following: Qualified Teacher Status, 6 months previous SEND experience Flexible and able to cover classes last minute to cover for staff sickness or training Lessons will often be pre-planned, however, ideally capable of planning your own lesson activities and resources Adapting tasks to meet the needs of individual children Effective behaviour management skills Effective communication with members of internal staff, including SENCO In return, TeacherActive will offer leading industry rates, a no hassle payment scheme, CPD advice and support and a unique referral scheme *Terms and Conditions apply*.
