Their main focus is on allergy immunotherapy, which involves desensitizing patients to allergens through a gradual increase in exposure, aiming to reduce allergic symptoms in the long term


JOB SUMMARY:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic. This role will involve managing and growing key accounts, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales of our innovative allergy treatment products. The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the allergy and immunotherapy market, focusing on customer needs and delivering exceptional service to maximize patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Management: Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, allergy specialists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement strategic sales plans tailored to each key account to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the allergy product portfolio.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore new customer segments to drive market expansion.
  • Product Promotion: Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of our allergy treatments, ensuring deep product knowledge and alignment with patient care objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and market access teams to support promotional activities, product launches, and health economics initiatives.
  • Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring agreements are competitive and beneficial for both the company and the client.
  • Customer Insights: Gather feedback from healthcare providers and patients to help shape future product development and enhance our customer-centric approach.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that impact the allergy space. Share insights with internal teams to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account status, and forecasts. Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Experience in selling Allergies, Respiratory, ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat), Immunology (Not Immuno-oncology) in the life science industry
  • Wants someone that can bring energy, motivation
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing relationships with key accounts in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the allergy/immunotherapy landscape and ability to communicate clinical benefits effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
