Senior Operations Analyst Fixed Term Contract - 6 months Cardiff - Hybrid (1 day per week onsite) Salary up to £32,498 (Pro-rata) Our customer is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to plan, oversee and deliver a set of work deliverables to a high standard and on time through effective project management and support of team members. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of the operation and the coordination of the Operations Analyst tasks. Review and make decisions on datasets across a portfolio of schemes. Input into strategic improvement plans and delivery. Continuous improvement and capability building of processes and individuals in both direct and indirect team structures. Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex and challenging tasks. Report management information.
