Package Description We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a SEN Teacher The successful candidate will: Plan and teach lessons, working with small groups and individual students. The vast majority of our students have an EHCP and may have a diagnosis of ADHD or ASD. We also take a small number of students from the local authority inclusion service who have been or are at risk of being permanently excluded from mainstream settings. Students who study with us have a wide range of needs including communication and behavioural difficulties. All students are individual and their learning programme is designed to support and empower them to achieve their aspirations and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their community and progress into sustained employment.
