The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Content Lead to drive the creation and execution of engaging content across the company's digital platforms, including our websites, social media, email campaigns, and product literature. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all content aligns with our brand guidelines and supports our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Create relevant, informative, and engaging content for our websites and social media channels.

Collaborate with UK and AUS teams to maintain and update content, optimising user experience.

Produce high-quality content that adheres to SEO best practices to boost visibility, website rankings, and brand awareness.

Maintain a consistent and professional online company voice across all digital platforms.

Schedule and manage social content using Sprout Social, and respond to online inquiries.

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, identifying emerging channels to enhance engagement.

Recommend and implement direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and profitability.

Create and manage email campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Work closely with the marketing team and account managers to support customer activity plans.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in digital media.

Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, assessing against ROI and KPIs.

Utilise Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and optimising the conversion funnel.

Act as an advocate for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Self-driven, resilient, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Proficiency with Adobe Suite.

Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.

Experience using Mailjet or similar email marketing platforms.

Creative approach to developing marketing content.

Proven experience managing business social media channels.

Experience in a similar marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, results-driven with a strong work ethic and readiness to tackle challenges.
