PMO Analyst

With over 2000 employees committed to making customers their top priority, they've transformed the UK's telecoms landscape in such a short space of time.They're now looking for PMO Analysts to start with the business from their Manchester offices ASAP! This is a hybrid opportunity, and whilst initially contracted, there is serious potential for this to be turned into a permanent role.Duties:Assist in project monitoring and reporting, such as project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate project performance and progress.Provide regular updates and feedback to key stakeholders regarding risks, issues, and milestones.Facilitate communication between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and progress.Coordinate project meetings, preparing materials, agendas, and meeting minutes as required.Ensure all projects adhere to established PMO processes, policies, and governance standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and decision records.Assist in risk management processes by tracking risks and issues, facilitating resolution, and ensuring appropriate escalation when necessary.Support project audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.Requirements:Must have: 2 years working in a PMO or project related environmentMust have: Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies and Microsoft ProjectMust have: Strong and proven ability to analyse project performance, interpret KPIs, and provide actionable insightsMust have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and project teamsDesirable: Industry experience within Telecoms, Media or TechDesirable: PRINCE2, FoundationThe Package:Negotiable salaryFantastic, modern offices and a hybrid arrangement - usually 2 in, 3 out, although you will be free to determine what that looks like for youYou'll be joining a number of other new starters as part of a brand new teamDiscounts on products and services An excellent addition to your CV with an immediately recognisable industry namePareto is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
