Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience Designer. The Customer Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing the end-to-end experience of customers within various settings. This will include designing customer journeys within digital, product, CX and space/environment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the individual will research user needs, create user journeys, and develop innovative solutions to optimize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose creative solutions
