Security Receptionist - Part Time
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 17:45 - 21:00
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Location: Peterborough, PE3

Duties Security Receptionist :
Welcome and greet visitors with professionalism.
Maintain access control and keep accurate records of entry and exit.
Communication:
Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals.
Answer phone calls and address inquiries promptly.
Log Maintenance:
Maintain logbooks and registers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Visitor Management:
Monitor visitors, ensuring they sign in/out as needed.
Assist with visitor requests and provide information as necessary.
Mail Handling:
Receive, process, and distribute mail deliveries.
Security Patrols:
Conduct regular patrols of the building to ensure safety and security.
Operational Support:
Lock and unlock low barriers for deliveries.
Send emails to clients and assist with administrative tasks as required.

- SIA Licence: A valid SIA licence is essential for this role.
