Biomara is a dynamic start-up that has developed innovative seaweed extracts as cosmetics, supplements and food ingredients. This role will build a sales pipeline, positioning our new ingredients in the beauty and wellness markets.

Who We're Looking For: We are searching for a motivated and ambitious individual with a strong sales and business development mindset who is ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to our growing team. You'll be responsible for driving business growth by initiating and cultivating relationships with B2B customers. You will manage the customer journey from contact to closing deals, ensuring strong alignment between client needs and our ongoing product development.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage B2B customers, preparing and presenting proposals. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and service. Build and nurture relationships with clients by solving their problems and educating them. Collaborate in positioning our products as leading solutions in the market Leverage industry knowledge to identify new opportunities. Work with our R&D team to translate customer feedback into product improvement. Support in product development projects. Support the process of obtaining product certifications.

About You: Entrepreneurial and motivated to succeed, a self-starter able to identify opportunities and drive them forward independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Energised by the opportunity to be part of a transformative company. A deep understanding of the beauty and skincare industries. Showcase the product story, driving sales and building relationships. Adept at communicating clearly and building trust with all stakeholders. Proficiency with CRM tools, project management software, powerpoint and canva.

Qualifications: Sales experience in the beauty and skincare B2B markets. A network of industry contacts in cosmetics or wellness is highly desirable. University degree a plus. Technical proficiency.
