Job Requirements / Description
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails and tickets from staff regarding IT issues and queries.Key Accountabilities1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from software to hardware, such as Laptops, mobiles and Printers.Administer Active Directory- Creating user accounts, reset passwords, create groups.Maintaining an Asset Database and track changes.Troubleshoot basic network issues.Escalate unresolved issues to senior members of the team.To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queriesTo arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in houseSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication skills and telephone mannerExcellent organisational skills Knowledge & QualificationsWindows and Mac Operating Systems supportMicrosoft Office SuiteUser & Security Group Active Directory administration Personal AttributesSelf-motivated, proactive, independent thinker, with a “can do” mentality.Team PlayerExcellent communication skills.
