Calling all Hospitality people We are working with a Northern Power House of Hospitality, built of some one the most exciting, iconic and independent hospitality brands. If you are currently working in the hospitality industry in a Social Media role, this might be one for you... ?? We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take ownership over the groups Social Media and Creative strategy. Building on their already successful brand presence, to further develop their Social campaigns and engagement. Working with this brand will provide one of those rare opportunities to do what you love for a brand you love more. So it’s critical that you are experienced in the hospitality industry within Social Media or Marketing. This is a permanent role, based in Manchester City Centre (4 days in the office 1 WFH and occasional weekend work – no more than once per month). The role of the Social Media Manager will see you take responsibility over the branded social media campaigns and channels, producing engaging content for all digital platforms, and regularly analysing digital trends and performance. Creating content that reflects the brand whilst growing engagement and communicating key event information. You’ll report into the groups Marketing Director with the support of some excellent talent and brilliant people across PR, Design & Creative and Production. Key Responsibilities include: Manage the brands Social Media strategy and Content themes, creating campaigns in line with the brands, with the aim to grow our audience and ultimately draw people into the venues. Continue to be updated with trends to create social content for ‘big moments’. Collaborate with the Head of Design and the team of videographers and photographers – briefing in marketing assets including video. Assist Head of PR to liaise with artist management, content creators and labels for exclusive content. Manage conversations on all social media platforms and respond to customer queries as needed. Regularly report on analytics and trends and feed into the paid media content plan with an external agency for large format shows Skills you need to have: Experienced Social Media and Content creation is essential as you will be the only person in the Social capacity role. Surrounded by a large marketing team but you will lead their Social strategy so ideally 3+ years is needed. Strong copy writing skills and the ability to communicate with different audiences on different channels. Intermediate experience of graphic design using Adobe Creative Suites is ideal. The head office is based in Manchester city centre. 4 days in the office with Fridays WFH with occasional weekend work
