Customer Service Advisor / Sales Assistant

Hours 07.30-16.30 Mon-Fri, occasional Sat AM only 08.00-12.00, paid at time and a half A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor / Sales Assistant to join this national distributor of products for the construction industry. This is a varied role which offers great progression and training and would suit someone with great communication skills who is looking to progress their career in sales and customer service. THE ROLE Ensuring outstanding levels of customer service at all times both face-to-face and on the phone To maximise growth of sales within the branch Building customer relationships within the branch Answering general enquiries, advising product availability, delivery dates etc Issuing quotations in response to enquiries Picking goods in the warehouse KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Previous customer service experience preferably within retail, customer service or trade environment Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long term relationships with customers Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills Driving licence preferred For the right person there is a fantastic package on offer including: * Generous basic salary * Annual Bonus scheme * Variety of additional incentives * Great career progression Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
