Join our mission to Make Life Kind in the classroom and beyond… Learning Support Assistant role & responsibilities: * Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students. * Support students consistently whilst responding to their individual needs. * Deliver catch-up/intervention sessions. * Work with the class teacher in planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons as appropriate. Learning Support Assistant Non-negotiables: * Recent and relevant experience working with children and young people (preferably in an educational setting). * Good Numeracy and Literacy skills. * Empathy and compassion - passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment. * The ability to work under the guidance of the class teacher.
