Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, you will lead a team of four.Responsibilities:Redefine and implement processes and governance frameworks to enable efficient management and oversight of multiple deals simultaneously. This includes enhancing operational controls to streamline deal flow and mitigate risks.Lead the entire deal lifecycle, from managing due diligence advisors to ensuring smooth execution, while aligning with company objectives and maintaining compliance.Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage deal timelines, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the deal process.Drive clear and effective communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned at each stage of the deal lifecycle.Oversee integration planning, working closely with post-merger teams to ensure a seamless transition of operations, technology, and personnel, while focusing on key integration milestones.Requirements:In-house M&A experience in a private equity-backed businessPrior multi-site or TMT deals experience8-10 years deals experienceACA qualified
