Customer Sales Advisor

About You: * You enjoy engaging in conversations, listening, and building relationships, as it’s vital to understand clients' unique requirements. * You have strong problem-solving skills. Since every client is different, we need to offer tailored solutions rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach. * You may currently be in a sales role and are now looking to build a long-term career. No prior insurance experience is necessary, as our client provides comprehensive on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support towards achieving industry qualifications. * You bring passion and an entrepreneurial mindset. Many successful business opportunities have emerged from team members with a personal interest in areas such as equine insurance, motorhomes, classic cars, marine, fine art, and more. Your enthusiasm will help you build rapport quickly and deliver the best client solutions. * You are ambitious.
