Technical Services Manager

Job Title: Technical Services / M&E Manager Location: Fulham (Riverside Area) Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 / c.£400 per day Overview: A Technical Services / M&E Manager is required for a large 300-unit residential development near Wandsworth Town Station, with a minimum of 12-18 months left on the project and potential for future long-term work. This site-based role involves managing the full cycle of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, with a focus on commissioning and ensuring quality assurance. The position emphasises mechanical systems, and the candidate will oversee one M&E contractor throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee one M&E contractor, ensuring project interests are safeguarded * Maintain hands-on involvement on-site with the support of a junior manager * Manage MEP insulation and ensure quality assurance and commissioning are completed to high standards * Drive the project from start to finish, focusing on delivery and QA/QC Requirements: * Strong experience managing M&E packages on high-spec, RC Frame residential development * Experience with either a sub-contractor or main contractor/developer This is an opportunity to contribute to a prestigious riverside project, with potential for involvement in future developments
