Risk Analyst

LMA is working with a global Bank who are seeking a talented and motivated Risk Assistant to join their dynamic risk team on a 6-month FTC. As a Risk Assistant, you will be working within the Risk Department and will be primarily responsible for supporting the department's operational resilience projects. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Operational Resilience Project by assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business continuity plans, testing procedures, and severe and plausible scenario analyses ? Provide ad-hoc support on other areas of operational resilience for the Branch. Assist in the creation and maintenance of business continuity plans to ensure ongoing operational resilience. Monitoring and reporting of RCSA/CET, KRI, LED, CIM (Collectively known as ORM Tools) and Incident Reporting into local Governance, HODs, and related stakeholders. Work with the HOD to ensure the Branch compliant with applicable rules and regulations that falls within the department’s remit. . Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering/Law would be of added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. PRMIA, FRM, IRM (Not essential but would be advantageous) Excellent verbal and written communications (in English) Good analytical skills Strong stakeholder management/people skills Previous experience in the banking industry or a related field is preferred but not essential.
