Electrical maintenance Trainer

Are you an experienced Electrical installation engineer looking for a step up in challenge? Could you be a Trainer of your field and looking for a change? Our client is looking for a passionate, motivated inidividual to take on the Electrical Installation training for Short Courses.

Package:

£33,000 - £40,000

* Teaching Qualification and Asessing qualification included

* Pension starts at 10% and rising 1% per year up to 16%

* Bupa Healthcare after 1 year Health and Mental Health included.

* Holidays: Starting from Jan 1st 2025 – 43 Days Holiday per year, can sell 5 days or roll them forward.

Job Description:

The Electrical Installation Trainer will teach across a range of programmes in Electrical and be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range of programmes across Installation, Maintenance and multi-skills provision in the School. This will include on-going training of adult learners in small classes for maximum engagement.

• Training of Students • Induction and Support for Students • Responible for hitting training provider pass rate targets • Design and Delivery of Programmes

Hours of Work - Full time

Contract - Permanent

Role Requirements:

Must be qualified in NVQ or SVQ level 3 Electrical Installation

Must have industry experience in Electrical installation

Preferred:

Teaching Qualification - AET, or Cert Ed

Assessors Award - CAVA, TAQA, A1
