Do you have expertise in the Buy to Let (BTL) mortgage market? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented BTL Case Manager to join our team and manage Buy to Let mortgage applications from start to finish! What You’ll Do: As a Buy to Let Case Manager, you will: * Manage the entire BTL mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to completion. * Liaise directly with clients, mortgage lenders, and solicitors, keeping everyone informed every step of the way. * Ensure applications meet lender criteria and regulatory requirements. * Troubleshoot issues and solve problems to ensure a smooth and efficient process. * Handle all documentation, including client identification, proof of income, and property valuations. * Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate case progress. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Previous experience in mortgage case management, ideally within the Buy to Let sector. * Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail. * Knowledge: Familiarity with Buy to Let mortgages and the current regulatory framework. * Problem Solver: Proactive approach to resolving issues and challenges. * IT Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and mortgage processing software. * Qualifications: CeMAP qualification is advantageous but not essential.
