As a Chef De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Executive, Head, Sous Chefs and Junior Sous Chefs in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, meeting deadlines, adhering to HACCP regulation and mentoring junior staff members. CDP responsible for: To carry out food preparation as specified by the senior chef on duty. To be able to work on different sections of the kitchen. To produce tasty, good-looking dishes ensure that the production of food for all menus is consistent. To ensure that all food is prepared hygienically and safely at all times. To ensure that all food is stored and kept at the correct temperature at all times. To minimize waste of any food products at all times. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, morning, afternoons and evenings. CDP will have: Previous experience as a CDP in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant. Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce. A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
