Group Food and Beverage Manager (Joint) Work closely and support the current postholder (who is currently working part time) Hybrid role with frequent nationwide travel. Part or Full time. How will you help us transform the wellbeing of communities? Enhancing our Food and Beverage offering across the leisure, theatre and events business. Review performance and look at improving operations and development opportunities. Working with our teams to ensure we operate to the highest standards, following all legislation. Helping manage our suppliers to ensure we get best value and keep up with national trends. Develop and manage the Regional and Local Food and Beverage Teams. Support New Business in visiting sites and helping support the writing of new bids and tenders. Develop and help work up and manage budgets for the business. Present Food and Beverage Strategy and Performance to stakeholders. What do you need? Need to be able to lead from the front and take an active role in operations. Proven experience in management across a multi-site business. Proven expertise in food and beverage operations, requirements and legislation (minimum intermediate good hygiene). Excellent Planning, Communication and Management skills with the confidence and professionalism to present at meetings, including to the Board and Council Members. The ability to work in partnership with regional and area teams with a specific requirement to work well with the current Group Food and Beverage Manager. The ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and write reports with a proficiency in MS Office Full driving licence and a willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
