Digital Marketing Manager

An exciting bnew opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join Barchester's marketing team. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the execution of our digital marketing strategy, including conversion optimization of our website, implementing our search strategy, and managing digital brand awareness campaigns. There will also be opportunities to input on the wider digital strategy, and collaborate to ensure timely delivery of digital campaigns. This is a permanent position, and will require weekly travel to London. Rewards and benefits: 10% discretionary annual bonus Hybrid working Access to a range of retail and leisure discounts Required experience and qualifications: Previous experience of managing and optimising a corporate website, as well as affiliate websites Able to demonstrate a deep understanding of digital marketing through extensive experience Experience in leading and influencing a digital marketing team to ensure outstanding performance Experience in working with external agencies Able to travel into London on a weekly basis Role and responsibilities: Liaise with our development agencies to improve user experience and conversion rates on our website through A-B testing and data-led decisions Optimising digital content through written, photographic, and video content to boost conversion rates Implement and develop our SEO strategy to improve our online visibility for our brand and care homes Implement and develop a new content strategy on our Google My Business pages in line with our search agency and listings agency Manage relationships with affiliate websites and lead generation companies to ensure we are achieving maximum potential Support the digital marketing team in their roles to ensure continuous improvement As the only healthcare provider to be accredited as one of the best companies to work for in the UK, Barchester are dedicated to ensuring that our team are respected and their contribution valued.
