Advanced expertise in exterior design and lightweight composites is incorporated within each product line.Guided by our Employee’s Charter, our core values are a reflection of who we are as individuals and as a company.Think Big Take Responsibility Never SettleBe Collaborative About the RoleThis role is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and sustaining QMS, automotive, company and customer specific requirements into the business.This role also includes:management of document control and related systemscoordination of internal audit processes, and conducting regular auditsregular communication, meetings and audit with customersThe role may also require support in other relevant areas of the business.Your ResponsibilitiesSupport quality management and site management objectives and tasksSupport quality management and site management reporting requirementsContribute towards the development and delivery of department and individual objectives to maintain/improve department and business performanceLead the development and embedding of the plant’s QMS system and customer requirementsLead customer & 3rd party audit preparation and audits, developing and driving improvement plans as requiredLead internal auditing across the plant (safety, systems, processes, etc.), including the non-conformance managementImplement and facilitate the change management process for the plantManage the document control systemLiaison with external parties as required (customers, suppliers, etc.)Provide regular feedback through various mechanisms i.e. daily, weekly and monthly reviewsEnsure safe operating procedures are adhered to all timesSupport coaching and development activities as requiredMaintain responsible systems and metrics, including reporting as requiredOther duties commensurate to the roleWho we are looking forEssentialExperience of quality management systems, with creation of procedures and rolling out through businessGood understanding of automotive requirements (IATF16949)Familiar with customer specific requirementsExperience of change management processesExcellent organization skills and management of prioritiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to present to all levels of internal and external customersComputer literate, including MS office applicationsPrevious experience of leading and coaching teamsExperienced auditorResilient, self-driven and positive approachPrepared to work within remit and across functions/levels as requiredSystematic and logical approachFlexibilityDesirableNissan ANPQP experienceExperience of working within the automotive sectorIATF16949 Lead-auditorWhat we offer At Magna, you can expect an engaging and dynamic environment where you can help to develop industry-leading automotive technologies.
