You will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant, bar, and private dining room areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency that aligns with the client's business plan. A strong understanding of the financial aspects of the business is crucial, as well as being target-driven to help move the business forward. The role requires working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, totalling 45 hours per week. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a good knowledge of wine.
