Children's Residential Worker

Smile Education are working with a Childrens Residential setting in Coventry who are looking for a full time (day shift) support worker. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.20am – 3.30pm. They are looking for staff who have previously worked with young people with additional needs such as ADHD, SEMH, challenging behaviour and autism. It would be advantageous if you have worked in a similar role previously.   You must have a level 3 qualification in either Health and Social Care or Teaching Assistant and a current DBS (or be able to apply for a new one).   IF you have any relevant experience and think this role is suitable for you, please apply below.
