We're looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team! This job is perfect for someone passionate about using paid ads, especially Facebook/Meta ads, to drive big growth for businesses. Our client list includes house-name brands such as Jeep, Bennetton and Delsey alongside founder driven E-commerce first powerhouses. We spend millions on monthly advertising across all our clients across multiple countries. Campaign Management: Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client goals. Performance Analysis: Regularly review campaign results, providing actionable insights and adjustments to strategies as necessary. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytical, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and effective growth strategies. Skills: Proficiency in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results to clients and team members. Leadership and management skills, with a focus on mentorship and team development. Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred . Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing paid ads, with a strong preference for experience with Meta platforms. A portfolio of successful client projects, including specific results, insights, and strategic highlights. Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing or advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Blueprint Certification ) are advantageous. Personality Traits: Down to Earth: Practical and attentive in approach, with a focus on careful execution. Team Player: Collaborative, understanding the importance of teamwork in achieving success. Well-Organized: Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
