Health and Safety Manager Our client, a well-established demolition and rail contractor, is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safety-first culture across the business, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and minimizing risk. About the Role: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective control measures. Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to enhance employee awareness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and CDM compliance. Carry out regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards. Collaborate with teams across the business to promote a safety-focused culture.
