Responsibilities: Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values. Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers. Manage the Store: leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide performance goals. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability. Requirements: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service. Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude. Excellent in providing customer service. Offering: Salary £40,000/45,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
