We own, operate, and manage all vertical and horizontal production, package, export and distribution processes.WeCool Toys is a new member of Paladone Group Holdings.The opportunity:We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Designer to join our Marketing Team.This role will be responsible for creating and developing visual graphical assets for both Paladone & WeCool Toys to support the wider business commercial ambitionsThe Marketing Designer will apply their creativity and design skills to generate engaging assets that align with the brand’s market presences, appeal to target demographics and act as brand guardian.The role will report to our Marketing ManagerWhat are key duties of the role?MarketingCreate marketing (info)graphics for print collateral, email marketing, social media & websiteCreate video animations when requiredConceive and create campaign design assetsBe responsible for graphics and branding aspects of Paladone and WeCool websitesEnsure design deliverables are met in time for launches, campaigns and activationsOwn the relationship with printing and promo merch vendorsMarketing and trend research for strategy & planningSalesCreate and project-manage sales enablement materials (e.g. Catalogues, PP presentations, Infographics, FSDUs, trade magazine adverts/pages, mock-ups)E-CommerceCreating graphical assets & A+ content in line with E-Commerce priority listsLiaise with E-Commerce team on listing requirements and style guidesGeneralGenerate graphic assets for product asset packs to support commercial functions.Act as the brand guardian on graphical assets created outside of the marketing teamWorking with Licensing team to ensure all graphical assets comply with Licensor restrictions and brand imageTo understand and interpret Style guide for each licence and consistently adhere to these.Act as brand guardian for Paladone & WeCool and ensure all design assets adhere to corresponding style guidesReceive & work on briefs regarding Showrooms & Tradeshow Stands visual design requirementsWhat we need you to bring to the team:Minimum 2 Years experience in Design within a marketing role/environmentKnowledge of Adobe suite; Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesignMarketing Design skillsUnderstanding of marketing processes/activities (Including psychological marketing.)Skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPointIllustration skills What we will offer in return: Holiday & Work Life Balance22 days holiday per annum.
