Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Surveyor for a client office in Orpington.

Requirements:

• Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps
• Previous experience surveying or estimating within the construction industry and having knowledge of the financial and contractual controls required on a contract4 GCSE s including maths and English, NVQ level 3, professional qualification or equivalent Professional industry Standard or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Operational awareness
• Financial awareness
• Excel intermediate Users
• Previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred
• Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent

Salary is negotiable based upon experience. We also offer a car package and other employee benefits on top of this.
