Disrepair Surveyor

Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to work with our client in Ashford.

The role involves managing disrepair claims from start to finish, conducting pre-work surveys, and creating job specifications using SOR codes. You'll ensure that all repairs meet housing and safety regulations, including the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review expert reports and disrepair claims.
• Conduct pre-work surveys and accurately diagnose repairs.
• Ensure timely completion of works within budget.
• Support asbestos identification and CDM inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree in a building discipline.
• RICS or CIOB Chartered Membership.
• Extensive experience in condensation, damp, and mould inspections.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations and HHSRS.
