Salary up to £28,000 Opportunity to work in a growing company Support for further qualifications, such as Level 3 in Health & Social Care The Role: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will: Plan and deliver high-quality, person-centred care Conduct spot checks and staff supervisions Mentor and support the dedicated staff team Complete care plans and risk assessments Participate in the on-call rota The Candidate: To be considered for the Field Care Supervisor role, you will need: At least 9 months of experience as a Field Care Supervisor Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC and health & safety Strong people management, communication, and organisational skills Level 3 in Health & Social Care is advantageous, but support is available for those pursuing this qualification The client has been providing exceptional domiciliary and live-in care services since 2010.
