A big part of their growth has come from the expansion of their commercial team which focusses on general cross-class commercial clientele from SME to corporate level.
In fact, its been so successful that they’ve recognized they need a brand new Commercial Broking Manager to complement the sales and handling teams.
Here you’ll be involved in helping shape the development of the commercial team from a technical perspective.
So. day to day you’ll be…
- Working with panel insurers to help drive performance and develop these accounts strategically.
- Placement work for technical and large commercial cases
- Meeting and providing technical advice to key commercial clients
- Identification of process improvements to help support overall revenue growth
- Data analytics and MI analysis to help identify and shape trends and opportunities
- Supporting training and development for handling staff
- Representing the brokerage at insurer events and industry functions
This is a superb platform for you to bring your own ideas to the table and make this newly created remit completely your own.
Ideally you’ll have a background in commercial insurance with a passion for placement work and managing relationship with the market.
You’ll need to be able to work in Carlisle three times a week in a hybrid capacity.
