We are seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students with a range of needs, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience and promote their personal development. Key Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistants: Support students with special educational needs in the classroom and during activities. Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs). Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress. Help students develop social skills and independence. Maintain clear and accurate records of student progress and communication with parents and caregivers. Why Tick Education?
