Management Accountant

This position is for an astute Management Accountant in the industrial/manufacturing industry, who will be responsible for leading the accounting and finance team in our Walsall location. Description Oversee day-to-day accounting functions Prepare financial statements and budgets Analyse and interpret financial data Implement strategies for cost reduction Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team Work closely with the management to make financial decisions Contribute to the company's financial strategy and planningProfile A successful Management Accountant should have: Working towards a professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) - ideally finalist in CIMA Experience working within the Manufacturing/Industrial sector.
