We, at JB Sport + Education have a mission to get more people, more active, more often. One of our services which assists our mission is swimming. If so, our Swimming Teacher role may be perfect for you!The successful applicants role will include the following:- Delivery of school, small group, and 1-1 swimming to pupils aged 4-11- Contribute to the overall ethos and working values of the organisation- Contribute to raising standards by ensuring high expectations are shared with children- Attend training sessions as required for CPD purposesTo be considered for the role we are looking for someone who is:· Able to deliver high levels of performance at all times.· Passionate and driven to help improve levels of physical activity.· An excellent verbal and written communicator.. A strong swimmer with sound knowledge of all swimming strokes and teaching practices· Able to plan, organise and facilitate high quality swimming lessons.· A team player that demonstrates strong leadership qualities.Desirable Qualifications· Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification· Safeguarding Qualification· First Aid CertificateDesirable Experience· Experience of delivering a Primary School swimming lesson· Experience of independently delivery a variety of different private swimming lessons, including small groups and 1-1'sJob Types: Part-time or Full-time, PermanentSalary: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: £10,000.00-£21,500.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Bonus scheme* Performance bonusBenefits:* Additional leave* Free or subsidised travel* Sick paySchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personExpected start date: 28/10/2024
