The role: UX Designer We are looking for a UX designer with XR/VR experience to help us push the boundaries when it comes to creating high quality, immersive training content. Initially you will be working hand in hand with the Head of Product and current designer on redesigning the MOONHUB VR app. You will own the entire end-to-end user flow. Our product consists of three parts: content, a VR app and web-based platform where managers can access data on their trainees. If you’ve worked on a variety of projects in start-up and scale up environments and thrives in an environment where you’re constantly seeking product-market fit, this might just be the right role for you. Responsibilities you can expect: Conducting and incorporating user & market research into design solutions – understanding user needs and market landscape to deliver unique design solutions Identifying impactful new verticals by bringing attention to user pain points, both working with our Revenue teams and through user research Creating user flows, UI designs, journey maps, interaction models, and information architecture Crafting thoughtful design principles and systems to inform and guide design decisions, setting the right product-led processes to make sure we can thrive as we scale Designing software features from start to finish, wireframes and interactive prototypes You’ll join at a pivotal time in Moonhub’s journey, with huge growth on the horizon.
