The Opportunity We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team and make a significant impact by generating leads and sales opportunities. Salary: £21,500 - £25,000 (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission Our Values At Punch, we live by our FIVE core values: Bringing Positive Energy to everything we do Being Humble - strictly NO egos Empowering others to stay positive and achieve their goals Staying Tenacious and always giving it our all Being Accountable for our work and responsibilities Your Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will: Generate new sales opportunities via phone, social media, and personalised emails Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline Enhance CRM data quality by accurately logging all prospect engagements Write detailed reports for booked opportunities Represent Punch and our clients professionally in all communications Participate proactively in team-building incentives What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot/Salesforce knowledge is a plus) Experience using G-Suite Strong active listening skills to assess prospects' needs effectively Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities The ability to build strong relationships with team members and external clients Ambition, self-motivation, and eagerness to progress in a sales career Potential for future leadership Why Join Punch We're obsessed with GROWTH - for our people, our clients, and our company.
