We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join the team and contribute to the organisations growing success. This role will involve spearheading the business development strategy, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with key partners in the wealth management and philanthropy sectors. You will play a vital role in expanding the donor base and supporting Prism’s mission of increasing the flow of funds into the charitable sector.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving targets. You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of your workload. A sharp thinker with experience in either the charity or private sector, you’ll be confident in liaising with high-powered contacts and passionate about philanthropy. It is essential this individual has an understanding of the space Prism operate with previous experience working with intermediaries such as Wealth Managers and Legal firms.
This is a permanent role, paying a salary of c.£45,000 - £55,000 in addition to a bonus scheme of up to 10%. Employees work Monday-Thursday onsite in office, a short walk from Bond Street Station, with Fridays working from home.
