Energy Operations Specialist

Our client is seeking an operations specialist on a permanent basis to join their business process outsourcing team, focused on providing services to energy clients.

Your duties will include:

• managing communications with energy suppliers and metering organisations
• executing billing
• management of data, including the production of reporting and analysis of key metrics
• ensuring processes aligned to customer license obligations
• resolution of issues raised by businesses the company services, which includes billing issues
• reconciliation of invoices
• implementing process improvements

About you:

• You will have have ideally worked within the utilities sector in a similar process driven / analytical role
• You will be comfortable resolving queries and taking ownership of problems that arise
• You will be well organised, methodical in your approach and have an ability to assimilate information quickly and logically
• An energy metering background would be highly desirable
