Maintenance Electrician (Static) Job Type: Permanent Start date: Immediate or notice period Industry: Maintenance Location: Liverpool City Centre (one large building) Salary: £37,500 + 32 days hol, pension JOB DESCRIPTION: I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a static Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large building in Liverpool City Centre. Our client is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to join the team. The Electrical Maintenance role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime available (no on call) The building is in Liverpool City Centre. Daily responsibilities will include: ?Planned and preventative maintenance ?Repair and replace electrical fittings ?Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults ?Carrying out work safely and efficiently ?Building relationships with clients on site Requirements for the role ?Experienced Electrical maintenance engineer ?Fully qualified Electrician ?18th Edition ?Multi Skilled ?2391 (desirable) On offer is a competitive salary of £37,500 + multiple benefits.
