Sales Progressor and Lettings Progressor - Sevensisters N15 An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Progressor and Lettings Co-ordinator to join our client based in North London As a Sales Progressor and Lettings progressor you will be supporting an established Sales & Lettings Team in achieving the accurate and effective completion of the sale of multiple property’s in the specified required time scales with the clear ability to problem solve where necessary. This role therefore requires a great and confident communicator who can work well under pressure and who obtains excellent typing and MS Office skills. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: * Sales progression * Lettings progression * General office administration duties * Assisting other members of staff and managers with the daily running of the office * Tenancy renewals * Tenancy referencing * Marketing properties * Other ad-hoc duties where required The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: * Good IT skills - Microsoft package * Some sales progression experience essential * Well-presented and professional * Good communication skills * Enthusiastic * Immediately available * 2 years’ experience as a property manager or similar role * Knowledge of section notices * Knowledge of Maintenance and repairs * Knowledge of Tenancy contracts/referencing and renewals * Own car * Punctual and reliable * Friendly, team player This Sales Progressor and Lettings Co-ordinator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects.
