Customer Service Advisor Location: Nottingham Salary: £23,000 per year Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week) ?Hybrid Working Shift patterns between the following: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 18:00 Our Complaint Handlers will preferably have: A passion to deliver a first-class customer service. Experience Handling Complaints Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Excellent rapport building skills.
