The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to students with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential in a supportive and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN. Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of each student. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being and academic growth of all students. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEN teaching strategies and best practices. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with children with special educational needs. Strong understanding of SEN policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
