Housing Management – Solicitor – Up to £60,000 Salary Depending on Experience
The Role
This opportunity presents a great chance to become part of a renowned, contemporary, and encouraging law firm as they seek a Qualified Housing Management Solicitor.
The Housing department at the firm is actively seeking a Qualified Housing Management Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the existing team to further enhance their legal practice.
The ideal candidate should be at least 3 years PQE with in experience in housing litigation including anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair In addition to a strong understanding of CPR and Housing case law.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of pre-litigated and post-litigated matters with minimal supervision but will have the advantage of full administrative support.
The Candidate
- Experienced 3 years PQE Solicitor
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
